About Us

Sue has been running BPS for over 20 Years. Her dedication to our clients and their homes is truly exceptional. Her ethos is about friendship. The responsibility of tending to the requirements of the home, is only one aspect of her enduring success. The personal support that Sue has always given, is what sets her and BPS apart. She is always on hand to support you, whatever you need and however personal your needs may be. Sue continues to be our wonderful Matriarch at BPS, whilst being supported by her husband Derek, who looks after our accounting and IT systems.

Teresa has been working with BPS for over 6 years. Teresa has always worked alongside Sue, learning from her vast experience and sensitivity, bringing a very modern interpretation to Sue’s style. Her ability to blend this with good old-fashioned standards, allows BPS to adopt a level of flexibility, unrivalled in the industry. Teresa brings a level of energy to the team which she now leads, alongside Sue. Teresa and her Husband Nick, have a young family of their own. So, her understanding of the importance of your family home remains paramount.

Having graduated and gained experience in law, Richard moved to Mallorca over 20 years ago. Richard has vast experience of accounting, administration and financial matters, having acted in the capacity as a gestor for a number of self clients and companies here on island. Richard brings his wealth of experience to BPS overseeing all client and business related transactions as well as company regulatory compliance and non-resident tax returns.

Dani is one of the longest standing members of our team. His calm and reassuring nature add to the confidence you will have when he is tasked with either fixing a problem or making general improvements. He treats every home as if it is his own and takes great pride in his results. His ability to speak English, as well as his native Spanish, gives him an enormous advantage when working with the rest of our team, as well as sub-contractors and suppliers. We are very proud to have Dani as part of the BPS Family.

We managed to persuade Rob to join us back in 2023. Whilst not his name, he is very much a “Jack of all trades”! Rob can turn his hand to most practical matters, from carpentry and plumbing, to building and decorating. Along with a list that is too long to include here. If a problem needs fixing, which requires expertise beyond his own range of skills, he has a brilliant way of providing a “Finger in the Dyke” solution until the Cavalry arrives ! As with all our Team, Rob regularly works in our own homes.

Dom has been with us for a substantial number of years. He has become part of the fabric of BPS. An ambassador for high standards, he is a very proud man. A keen golfer, having won a number of tournaments. He is a team leader who has the added responsibility of our clients’ home security checks, along with the rest of our management team.

Mayra is a young Mother of two. Originally from Bolivia. She now lives on Mallorca with her parents and children. Mayra has worked with BPS for a few years and is always a pleasure to be around. Her strength of character, confidence and energy makes her a reliable and efficient team leader.

A gentle, softly spoken lady. Originally from Bolivia, Mirihan has lived on Mallorca for a number of years. Whilst, initially, appearing to be shy, Mirihan is actually a strong character and very conscientious. She has worked with us for a few years. She has two grown up children.
