Key Holding

As authorised key holders, BPS will become the first point of contact in the event of an alarm activation. The last thing you want, is a call in the early hours of the morning, telling you that your home alarm is going off whilst you are many miles away.

Most commonly, the activation is fault related. BPS will immediately send a senior team member to your home. If it is security related, we will liaise directly with the police and secure your home. At an appropriate time, we will call to advise you of the incident and recommend the appropriate course of action.

There are many other advantages to key holding, which we believe makes this service an essential part of home ownership on Mallorca.

All keys are kept in a secure room that only senior staff have access to. No one, who is unknown by us and who would not be allowed to work in our own houses alone, will be given the keys. If, for example, a washing machine engineer, or similar was needing access, that person will always be accompanied by one of us.

Key holding is an enormous responsibility and one that we take very seriously.
