Whilst carrying out regular checks, BPS teams will monitor the internal and external condition of your home. Whilst the choice will always be yours, we will highlight any issues that need attention and prioritise them appropriately.

Such things can include Masonry, Wrought Iron, Windows and Doors and particularly Roofs. These major items are ultimately going to affect the structural integrity of your home. However, property in Mallorca is very well constructed. The older buildings are built to a high standard that would possibly be unaffordable at today’s prices, and the newer ones have strict building regulations to comply with. So, with sensible application, your home will be protected for many years.

Should there be the necessity for either scheduled or emergency work, BPS have an in-house maintenance team as well as long standing partnerships with builders, plumbers, electricians, air con technicians, interior designers, and kitchen companies, to mention a few.

We can handle any size project from the clearing of a blocked drain to the installation of a swimming pool or even an entire rebuild. We may not necessarily have the actual experts within BPS, but have a fantastic group of partners, in most industries, that we have worked with for many years. For expertise that we do not have direct access to, our partners do. The most important thing is that we can bring everything together and manage the contract. If we believe that we are not the best team to run the contract, we will tell you.

In cases of emergency, we have direct access to these people. Without the long-standing relationship, it can be difficult to persuade a contractor to drop tools and come to fix a one off problem. BPS have that.
